Track web site leads automatically

Another example of automating your business through software is a lead tracking database we wrote for an insurance broker client of ours.

They receive leads for new business via their web site which are emailed to them automatically.

The software we developed locates these emails within their mailbox, reads them and extracts the details into a database.

It also sends an automated response to the person who filled in the form letting them know to expect a telephone call from one of their staff members to ensure that all relevant information has been filled in.

Once this call has been made and all the information collected, the lead can be processed into an insurance policy.

All of this is tracked via a simple dashboard that shows:

  • the leads that have been received that have not been followed up
  • the current status of leads that have been followed up
  • leads that have been finalised within the past 7 days

With this information our client ensures that no new business gets lost, and that all leads are tracked to completion.

If this sort of software automation can help your business why not drop us a line to see how we can be of service to you?
