As you know by now, we commenced operating as insilico on the 1st October 2007. insilico is a term from the biological arena that means simulated in silicon.

Our team comprises: me, Paul O’Neill, founder of the business; our Office Administrator Naomi Allan, who many of you have already spoken to; Adrian Toh, our first intern, now full time developer and tester; and Lee Karolczak our latest intern and web designer.

To see a sample of Lee’s work, just look again at this newsletter; this is all his doing. Our new website www.insilico.com.au also demonstrates his ample skills at web design and we will be rolling out new email stationery in the same theme - you guessed it, built by Lee.

We will still be offering the software development, automation and integration - specialising in Windows Desktop and Pocket PC environments - work for which are we are known and have built our reputation on but with Lee on board, we are now also offering web design and hosting services.

Our website design starts at $1500 + GST for a 6 page website that you can look after yourself, or you can sign up for our website service agreement at $200 + GST per month.

Hosting starts at $30 + GST per month for the basic website described above and is subject to our ‘Fair Use’ policy.

And you can beat the rush and layby now to have your website ready for Christmas.

For just $200 + GST per month, for a minimum of 12 months, you can have a shiny new website and hosting ready for the New Year. Better still, you don’t have to pay it all up front.

But if you choose to pay the whole lot upfront, our introductory offer for design and hosting will cost just $1760 +GST for a minimum of 12 months, then $30 + GST per month thereafter. This offer is only valid until the end of December 2007.

In our last newsletter, we introduced our Service Agreements and we will be further promoting them in order to keep your business running smoothly and to ensure we respond to your needs in a timely fashion.

In addition to this we will be introducing a Website Service Agreement where we will maintain your web content for up to 3 hours per month for the low fee of $200 + GST. Of course you can always manage the site yourself for no additional charge but if you are too busy to do it, we are all too happy to help.

Naomi will be sending out an information sheet on our Service Agreements shortly explaining all the details and why we have chosen this particular model.
